This position requires the ability to work outside in the elements for 75% or more of a typical shift.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

To uphold our brand's professional image and meet food safety guidelines, team members must adhere to a strict dress code. This includes wearing the approved uniform, maintaining natural hair colors, and following grooming standards. Visible piercings (other than a single pair of earrings and one stud nose ring) are not permitted while on shift.
