- 2-3 years of experience working at Chick-fil-A (preferred, not required)
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing in a kitchen or restaurant setting as a shift leader, team leader, supervisor, or crew leader (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of BOH operations including food cost tracking, waste management, and kitchen systems
