Hours of operation:

• Monday - Thursday = 5:30am - 11pm (openers scheduled at 5am, closers scheduled til 11:45pm)
• Friday - Saturday = 5:30am - Midnight (openers scheduled at 5am, closers scheduled til 12:45am)

Position type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Cleaning & stocking work area
• Dining room host
• Other duties as assigned
