As a Daytime Team Member, your role will be integral from open to afternoon. This position is perfect for those who prefer a traditional day shift and enjoy a dynamic work environment. Expect to be involved in various aspects of restaurant operations, from kitchen duties to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Morning setup and food preparation to start the day.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Cross-training for versatility in FOH and BOH roles.
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Meet physical requirements which include standing for up to 8 hours, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Confident money handling skills.
