Job Summary

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose

Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business: dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen

Exceeds all Food Safety regulations

Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies

Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests

Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team

Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals

Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.
