Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain Chick-fil-A's food quality and safety standards in all kitchen processes
- Know the duties for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, tables, and food preparation
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code at all times
- Follow the vision and direction of the restaurant leadership
- Other assigned duties
