• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Build leadership pipelines and succession plans.

Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, labor, and food costs to meet financial goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Complete Ninety scorecard on weekly basis explaining (the why) behind the score.
Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional hospitality and service at every guest touchpoint.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
