Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and leadership development
Strengthen training systems and long-term growth pathways
Partner with senior leaders to build culture, bench strength, and retention
Own key parts of the team member experience from first impression through long-term development
Help ensure CFAROX remains a place where people are challenged, cared for, and equipped to thrive
