Key responsibilities include

Efficiently and accurately prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A's high standards and recipes. Ensure all food items are presented in a visually appealing manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items.

Safely operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens. Perform routine maintenance and report any issues to management.

Assist with receiving and storing inventory. Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of any shortages or needs.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members and front-line staff to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.

Contribute to the overall customer experience by ensuring high-quality food and timely service.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately, with strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Knowledge of basic food safety practices or willingness to learn and comply with Chick-fil-A's standards.
