- Work in the Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability. Opportunities for raises and advancement come with tenure and training.)
