Prep Team MemberWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Team Member to join our kitchen team! This position plays a critical role in food preparation, focusing on making salads, wraps, fruit cups, and prepping fresh ingredients like lettuce and produce.

You will also support the team by assisting with catering trays for large orders and events.

Position Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts

Shifts Available: Opening: 5:00am-2pm, Mid: 8am-5pm & Closing: 2pm-Close

Key

Responsibilities

Prepare salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other cold prep items accurately and efficiently

Wash, chop, and pre-portion lettuce and fresh produce for daily use

• Assist with building and arranging catering trays and packaging bulk catering orders
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the prep area

Label, date, and store prepped items correctly

Rotate product to ensure freshness and minimize waste

Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards

Work closely with leaders and team members to ensure prep is completed ahead of peak business times

Support restocking prep supplies and keeping the prep area organized and well maintained

Qualifications

Prior kitchen or food prep experience (preferred but not required)

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent food safety and cleanliness habits
