- Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication
- Lead a team of 8+ leaders with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain an open and flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled
- Coach supervisors to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results
- Work in the store at Stapley Drive and perform all other assigned duties

Required
Experience as a leader, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- Experience as a leader, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members
- Track record of ownership and commitment to completion
- Basic computer and iPad competency, including Word and Excel
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
- Must display optimism and possess a positive attitude
