THIS POSITION REQUIRES AVAILABILITY FROM 2PM-11PM DAILY.

Responsibilities

Lead the team with best practices

  • Provide a remarkable guest experience to every guest

Demonstrate the ability to work in all Front of House positions

Know all basic food prep and safety

Responsible for knowing what to do when the computer/register fails

Count and verify registers and coupons

Responsible for party trays and taking orders properly

Demonstrate the ability to train others in "Recipe for Service" (CORE 4

  • Required Service Behaviors)
  • Must be able to read and interpret CEM reports
  • Demonstrate the ability to do "Service Checks" and Coach for results (check for core 4, check for the recipe for service, check for 2nd-mile service and required service behaviors, ACES in their places)

  • Must understand and be able to train on How to satisfy a disappointed customer (L.A.S.T.)
  • Generate reports from the register (sales, cashier closes, paid out, pickups, deal with fake money, deal with fake coupons)

    Demonstrate the ability to close a shift and code end of shift items properly and effectively

  • Must understand how to deal with customer/employee injuries (SEDGWICK)
  • Do Walk-Thru's with Leaders (ensure restroom, dining room, front line, parking lot cleanliness, ensure all team members are in proper uniform, play-land, speed of service)

    Know and be able to train on all policies

    A Manager should:

  • Work a minimum of forty-five hours per week in the restaurant (5 days) including Friday and Saturday
  • Allocate at least two hours per week to planning

  • Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all related goals and success factors to Team Members
  • Qualifications
