Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Lead all aspects of Drive Thru operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, hospitality, and operational excellence.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Front of House leaders, supervisors, trainers, and future leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
  • Lead daily Drive Thru huddles and communicate goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities to improve guest experience and Drive Thru performance.
  • Partner with the leadership team to improve labor efficiency, productivity, and staffing strategies.
  • Ensure all Front of House team members consistently follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and team member evaluations.
  • Promote a positive and motivating team culture through recognition, contests, and leadership development.
  • Oversee Drive Thru equipment, inventory, organization, and overall operational readiness.
  • Protect the Chick-fil-A brand by ensuring food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges while maintaining a positive guest and team member experience.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on operational improvements, equipment needs, and long-term strategies.
  • Perform other leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Operator.

Experience Requirements

Required

2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.

Drive Thru Director
At Chick-fil-A, our Drive Thru Director is more than a manager; they are the leader responsible for creating an exceptional Drive Thru experience through speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality. As a member of our leadership team, you'll develop people, improve systems, and create strategies that help our restaurant operate at the highest level.

Working alongside the Operator and Executive Leadership Team, you'll help build a culture of excellence while leading one of the most important areas of our business.
