• Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be available to work any time including Saturdays
• At least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts
• Deliver meals to guests and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and the dining room
• Stock supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Effectively manage and lead a team of people to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
• Make deliveries
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder
