We are looking for Front of House Team Members! As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Roxboro, you are the face of our brand! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service to every guest while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your passion for customer service and dedication to our Core Values will contribute to our Shared Vision to be the world's most caring company.

Customer Service:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.

Assist guests in placing orders, answering questions, and making menu recommendations.

Ensure all guest requests and special dietary needs are accommodated.

Order Accuracy: Prepare and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.

Check orders to ensure they meet Chick-fil-A's quality and presentation standards.

Handle any order discrepancies or guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness standards.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in maintaining food and beverage inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed.

Support fellow team members in their roles to ensure smooth operations.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all food safety, health, and safety guidelines.

Adhere to Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
