As an Operations Director, you'll work alongside the Operator and the rest of the Director Team to set and communicate clear direction for 100+ team members, build systems and processes to ensure an excellent customer experience, and help develop leaders in the restaurant. Directors are expected to work 40-50 hours each week, including most Saturdays and open/close at least once weekly.

• Previous Leadership/Management Experience is Required
• College Degree or the Equivalent in Relevant Professional Experience

Previous restaurant experience is not necessary. Once you are fully trained, you'll have an opportunity to work alongside our high-performance leadership team and "own" a specific area of the business.

Additional Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire and have a reliable source of transportation.
• Ability to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required as well as working well under pressure.
