Assistant Manager

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• At least 1 year in a management role with a track record of being able to coach a team and hold team members accountable
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence

Knowledge of basic computer skills

Must have a valid driver's license

Must submit and pass a background check

Responsibilities

Commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week

Shifts will be 2pm-11pm

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the restaurant

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Assist in training of staff to optimize performance

Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed

Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards while promoting a positive work environment

Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth and success
