Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Clean every area of the restaurant
- Fix equipment & other facilities issues
- Clean dishes
- Rotate chicken
- Take out trash
- Serve other team members when they are in need
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Rotate stock for kitchen and front of house
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Lift heavy loads
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Maintenance Team Role
The Maintenance Team role is hard work. You will be moving product in and out of a freezer, and taking heavy loads up and down stairs. You will get dirty doing dishes and cleaning bathrooms. This job requires an individual who can work alone and unsupervised and still get the job done.
Position Type:
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
