Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients such as fruit cups, wraps, salads, following Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by labeling, dating, and rotating inventory (FIFO) to ensure freshness and safety.

Clean and sanitize prep stations, equipment, and tools consistently throughout your shift.

Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to meet daily production goals.

Ensure all checklists are complete before end of shift

Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of food safety, hygiene, and core values in every task.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Must be 16 years or older with a strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and willingness to learn Chick-fil-A standards.

Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus but not required.

Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs comfortably.

Comfortable working in both cold prep and warm kitchen areas.
