Operational Directors passionately oversee an area of the restaurant as well as lead their Supervisors and team members within their area. They will work closely with other Supervisors and Directors to implement operational strategies that both grow the business while maintaining a culture of care that is reflective of our purpose and values. Lastly, they will help us serve and win the hearts of our amazing guests.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent

2 years of leadership experience in a professional work environment is preferred

• Be humble and display a servant heart
• Be hungry to grow and develop themselves and those around them

Have healthy life rhythms that allow you to lead others

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability:

Monday

Saturday open availability (typical work schedule would be 5 days/week)

Typical schedule will vary working 8-10 hours/day to accommodate meetings, interviews and needs of the business, working 40-45 hours/week in total

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards in all restaurant areas.
