Primary Duties
- Execute and maintain Chick-Fil-A and III Myles Inc. standards in all areas of operations, including food safety, guest experience, and speed of service
- Lead a team of shift leaders, coordinators, and department heads through intentional coaching and accountability systems
- Drive measurable performance in key metrics: sales growth, labor efficiency, waste reduction, retention, and guest satisfaction
- Develop future leaders through intentional training, consistent evaluation, and succession planning
- Partner directly with the Operating Partner to shape long-term strategic initiatives
- Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and professionalism that reflects Chick-Fil-A's core values both inside and outside the restaurant
- Manage financial performance and operational readiness with precision and consistency

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, open availability required between 11am-11pm (including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends)

Only candidates who meet all of the following will be considered:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (Chick-fil-A experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and develop large teams (50+ employees) while maintaining operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success in improving profitability, systems, and team performance.
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills.
- Deep alignment with Chick-Fil-A's purpose, values, and servant leadership philosophy.
- Strong character and coachability must model humility, integrity, and accountability.
