Responsibilities

Smile

Create and maintain eye contact

Speak enthusiastically

Make emotional connections with guests

Keep the dining room and front counter area clean, which includes:

Changing trash bins

Sanitizing tables, chairs, trays, and countertops

Sweeping

Ensuring sauces and condiments are stocked

Following correct sanitation and cleaning procedures

Check in on and serve guests with genuine hospitality

Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

Work on their feet for several hours at a time

Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications and

Requirements

At least 18 years of age or above

Consistency and reliability

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
