Responsibilities:

• Assist directors and lead shifts in daily operations
• Supervise and train team members
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Create positive interactions with guests and team members daily

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Background check is required
• Full time working 40-45 hours per week
