A Chick-fil-A Team Member plays a vital role in providing our customers with excellent customer service by ensuring each guest will be served great quality products with speed and accuracy, while following very strict quality controls, food safe procedures, and system requirements. Chick-fil-A Team Members have been selected to represent Chick-fil-A the Chick-fil-A Brand and provide Chick-fil-A Service and Experiences for our customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Each team member 16 years or older will start by training in the kitchen to experience all aspects of the restaurant. If the team member is more suitable for Hospitality they will move to the hospitality side of the restaurant.
• Cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, preparing store for peak periods
• Knowledgeable of menu items and their ingredients and knowledgeable of how products are prepared
• Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests
• Adhere to hygiene and appearance standards

Qualifications:

• No restaurant experience is required - we'll train you!
• Must be able to stand on your feet for entire shift.
• Must be able to carry up to 40lbs.
• Must use CORE 4 as model to serve our guests
