Chick-fil-A Medina Job Opportunity

Previous leadership experience is required.
Supervisor - General Requirements:

• Available to work all shifts as required by the company (Monday to Saturday, 5:45 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Organizes workflow through hospitality professionals
• Ability to multitask with a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Must have a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Always keeps your team committed to guest service, is a connector of people, and exercises influence to improve team performance and morale.
• Monitors business performance throughout your assigned day
• Responsible for the interior and exterior state of the restaurant.
• Adds value to the culture and contributes to the business objectives and vision
• Develops team members according to our professional hospitality model
• Can understand and articulate the overall vision of the organization and Chick-fil-A
• Must be trainable
• Ability to multitask with a positive, self-motivated attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Serves guests and team members with honor, dignity, and respect
• 2 references required

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting salary is $19/hour with the opportunity to grow (candidate qualifies for $19 after completing our development program)
