We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, servant leaders to join our family at Chick-fil-A Aventura. We pride ourselves on having the best people in the business. This is a fast-paced kitchen and we have high expectations of our employees, but we also take good care of our team.
Roles and responsibilities include:

• Prepare, assemble and serve products to food stations
• Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders
• Be on your feet for long periods of time
• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Unload delivery truck supplies and place in the proper storage area
• Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, third-party and Health Inspection Standards
• Assemble, clean, and maintain operating equipment: pressure fryer, open fryer, grill, temperature gauges

Requirements include:

• Ability to work and move with a sense of urgency
• Basic mathematical and portioning skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Pass our food handler safety course before working

• Part Time Employees start at $14/hr
• Full Time Employees start at $16/hr
• All new employees will start at $14/hr. After completion of training, full-time employment determinations will be made within 30 days.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
