Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with Chick-fil-A priorities and Sadsbury restaurant goals
  • Plan and manage campaigns around LTOs, seasonal promotions, grand openings, anniversaries, and local initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to drive traffic during slower dayparts and off-peak seasons
  • Track results and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage Chick-fil-A Sadsbury's social media presence in alignment with brand standards
  • Create and publish engaging local content (photos, short-form videos, captions, promotions)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and online reviews and respond with professionalism and hospitality
  • Coordinate guest feedback and review insights with leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools and school districts, churches and faith-based organizations, nonprofits and community groups, local businesses and civic organizations
  • Plan and execute full year marketing plan, Chick-fil-A fundraisers & community cares events, community nights and in-store events, pop-ups, catering outreach, and off-site activations
  • Represent Chick-fil-A Sadsbury as a positive and professional brand ambassador in the community
  • Coordinate in-restaurant marketing materials including signage, table tents, digital screens, and promotional displays
  • Partner with Operations to ensure promotions are executed accurately and consistently
  • Communicate upcoming promotions clearly to team members to ensure alignment and execution
  • Protect Chick-fil-A brand standards across all marketing efforts
  • Coordinate with approved vendors for signage, printing, promotional items, and apparel
  • Support internal marketing initiatives including team recognition, hiring campaigns, culture-building and team engagement efforts
  • Track marketing spend and operate within approved budgets
  • Provide clear, simple performance updates to leadership
  • Measure effectiveness of events, promotions, and partnerships

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: Part time (20-30 hours a week): $16-19/hr; Full Time (35+): $19-23/hr
Reports To: Owner/Operator
Location: On-site & local community engagement (Chester County).
Position Summary
The Marketing Lead at Chick-fil-A Sadsbury is responsible for leading all local marketing and community engagement efforts for our restaurant in Parkesburg, PA. This role exists to drive guest traffic, strengthen brand awareness, and build meaningful relationships throughout Chester County while protecting and elevating the Chick-fil-A brand.
This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and works closely with restaurant leadership to support sales growth, community impact, and a remarkable guest experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, relational, and deeply aligned with Chick-fil-A's values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Blend of both operational and non-operational time.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage Chick-fil-A Sadsbury's social media presence in alignment with brand standards
  • Create and publish engaging local content (photos, short-form videos, captions, promotions)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and online reviews and respond with professionalism and hospitality
  • Coordinate guest feedback and review insights with leadership
Local Store Marketing & Community Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with: Local schools and school districts, Churches and faith-based organizations, Nonprofits and community groups, Local businesses and civic organizations
Plan and execute:
  • Full Year Marketing Plan
  • Chick-fil-A fundraisers & Community Cares Events

Brand Stewardship & Internal Marketing

  • Support internal marketing initiatives including: Team recognition, Hiring campaigns, Culture-building and team engagement efforts
Reporting & Budget Management
  • Track marketing spend and operate within approved budgets
  • Provide clear, simple performance updates to leadership
  • Measure effectiveness of events, promotions, and partnerships
Qualifications
  • Strongly Preferred: Prior Chick-fil-A restaurant experience (Marketing Lead, Marketing Director, Team Leader, Director, or similar role)
  • Understanding of Chick-fil-A brand standards, culture, and guest experience expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for hospitality, people, and community engagement
  • Comfortable working a blend of operational and non-operational positions.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
  • Experience with local restaurant or retail marketing
  • Social media management and basic photo/video editing
  • Event planning or community outreach experience
  • Familiarity with Chick-fil-A marketing tools and platforms
  • Bilingual
