- Communicates mission, vision and goals to organization and team
- Assesses food safety and quality regularly and creates & owns systems and processes that support improvement.
- Maintains equipment & supply ordering
Regularly explores pathways updates & ensures team is aligned
Motivates team to achieve departmental goals
