Team Member Responsibilities:

• Work together to ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience - whether preparing food in the kitchen or serving guests in the dining room
• Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely, quickly, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality
• Assist with beverage and dessert preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, front counter, and dining room
• Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A's quality, safety, and brand standards
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and leaders
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Consistent, reliable, and punctual
• Cheerful and positive attitude; loves serving and helping others
• Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately
• Works well independently and in a team setting
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (4+ consecutive hours)
