About the Role:
Be part of our thrilling Grand Opening team on December 4th, 2025, and play a key role in preparing fresh, tasty food every day!

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and portioning standards.
• Keep prep areas clean and organized.
• Support the kitchen during peak hours.

Other Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items while following quality, safety, and speed standards.
• Assist with beverage and dessert preparation.
• Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A's brand, culture, and excellence standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, and dining spaces.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Help with opening and closing tasks as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leaders.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Experience:

• Kitchen or prep experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ consecutive hours).
• Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.) for restocking and cleaning duties.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently.
