Senior Manager, Sales Content Strategy, Ads Marketing
Location: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Sunnyvale, CA; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Boston, MA; Washington, D.C.

About the Team
Our Advertising & Promotions Marketing team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.

About the Role
Our advertising business is one of the fastest-growing parts of DoorDash. This role exists to ensure our sellers are equipped with the right materials for key conversations with enterprise advertisers. You will own the sales content portfolio for our ads business and design the system that produces it. You will co-create our annual sales narrative with our platform and product marketing partners, and own translating it into the practical materials the field actually uses to win. That covers the content sellers use in front of advertisers: pitch decks, one-pagers, customer proof, and playbooks, along with the research that informs it and the governance that keeps it up to date. You will also develop content for our external advertiser training materials.

You will manage a team of four marketers covering Restaurant, CPG, and agency audiences across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, supporting a field of hundreds of sellers. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Product, and business leaders to develop content. Recurring content maintenance and library administration sit with your team. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Ads Marketing.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Build deep fluency in our ads product suite across our Restaurant and CPG offerings, including occasions and co-marketing programs, and translate that expertise into seller storytelling and content.
  • Own the sales content portfolio and design the operating model behind it, applying brand design systems and using AI to produce content at scale and give sales teams self-serve materials.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ads Product, Sales, General Managers, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure sellers are equipped with go-to-market materials for new features and capabilities.
  • Set the governance standards that keep all collateral current and properly approved by legal, brand, key stakeholders, and advertisers.
  • Direct the sourcing and audience insights that inform content, including our relationships with third-party data providers.
  • Own the recurring forum that brings new products and capabilities to the field, setting its agenda and quality bar while the team prepares presenters and content.
  • Define the metrics and reporting standards for the function, and set the requirements for the platform that produces them.
  • Manage, coach, and grow the team, setting priorities and a consistent quality bar across lines of business.

We're excited about you because…
  • You have 8+ years of experience in sales content strategy, sales or revenue enablement, sales marketing, or product marketing, including 3+ years managing people, in a B2B environment.
  • You have owned or built a sales content portfolio at scale to support a large enterprise sales team. Experience in advertising technology, a media agency, or retail media is a plus.
  • You are fluent in modern AI-enabled sales and productivity tools, and can leverage AI to enhance content creation, tracking, cataloging, and performance diagnostics.
  • You have built and governed a content library, keeping it organized, versioned, and easy for sellers to navigate.
  • You are a skilled storyteller who can turn complex, technical products or unstructured data into language any seller or customer can understand.
  • You are highly analytical and comfortable building performance dashboards using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; basic SQL preferred.
  • You are goal-oriented and can establish systems to quantify impact.
  • You are highly proficient in presentation and design tools such as Claude Design, Google Slides, Canva, Figma, or Adobe InDesign.
  • You are fluent in sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
  • You work effectively across a matrixed organization.
