Assignment duration will be dependent on the unique circumstances of the site.
- Stabilize and Scale: Step in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges. Implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks.
- Own Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site operations while deployed, ensuring sites run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Monitor P&L performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans.

In this position, you will be expected to be on site nearly 100% of your 5 work days per week (days of week are flexible per needs of the site).

- You think from first principles and approach challenges with curiosity and creativity—not just what's been done before.
- You thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments, especially when working independently to drive impact.
- You are data-driven, with strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or similar tools to drive decisions.
- You take ownership—treating every site you support like it's your own, whether you're there for a week or a quarter.
- You bring 3+ years of experience in Leadership, Operations, Consulting, Logistics, Strategy, or a related field.
- Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
Bonus Points:
- Have launched new business units or scaled operations from zero to one.
- Bring warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment center experience.
- Are skilled in change management and team building across diverse environments.
