Manager, Strategic Account Development - Platform

The Platform Account Development team drives adoption and growth of DoorDash Platform solutions across hundreds of thousands of SMB restaurant partners in the U.S. (SMB defined as 150 locations). This team works closely with Account Management to understand each restaurant's first-party growth goals including online ordering and owned channel expansion and delivers tailored solutions that unlock long-term value.

As Manager, Strategic Account Development, you will lead a team of frontline sales representatives responsible for achieving SMB Platform volume goals. You will play a critical role in driving sales performance by hiring, developing, and coaching top talent while fostering an inclusive, high-energy, and performance-oriented culture. You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Account Development, and lead a distributed team across the U.S. This is a remote role and must be based within the United States.

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is $151,440 - $222,640 USD.

The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is $189,300 - $278,300 USD.
