Senior Manager, Restaurant Growth
The US Marketplace team is looking for a motivated and hands-on operator to lead a key pillar of our Restaurant Growth strategy. In this Strategy & Operations Senior Manager role, you'll be responsible for leading the creation of our 1P Affordable Selection high quality and affordable food that is actually created by DoorDash and is served out of Dashmart Kitchens.
You will report into the US Restaurant team, leading cross-functional collaboration between DoorDash's Dashmart ops, product, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to retain customers on the DoorDash marketplace, by making more affordable selection to serve their everyday needs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to scale a new business within the company, incubate 0-1 experiments, and fulfill an important customer use case.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
