Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Own measurable business outcomes (OKRs) by leading initiatives that drive spend and incremental value for our top Enterprise (ENT) advertisers and merchant partners.
- Leverage data to monitor and optimize product performance through self-serve, deep-dive analyses.
- Represent the needs of Enterprise merchants and account teams to influence the Product roadmap for high-value, complex use cases.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product and Data Science to increase engagement and adoption among Enterprise advertisers.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Account Management to identify opportunities and own the end-to-end development and execution of scalable processes.
- Bring advertising and promotions products to market for Enterprise clients, enabling successful adoption both internally and externally.
Experience Requirements

4+ years of experience in consumer tech, food delivery, consulting, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, or operations.

Time Off
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year. About the Team
Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be directly responsible for managing the monetization strategy for our ads & promotions products.

Salary Range: $105,400 - $155,000 USD

- Build: Take ideas from 01 in ambiguous environments, creating structure where none exists.
- Own: Independently identify opportunities, define problems, and drive solutions end-to-end.
- Analyze: Self-serve data (SQL/Excel) to uncover insights, measure impact, and inform strategy.
- Lead Cross-Functionally: Drive alignment across Product, Data Science, Sales, and Account Management to deliver results.
- Influence: Communicate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have 4+ years of experience in consumer tech, food delivery, consulting, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, or operations. Advertising experience and experience working in/with the Restaurant industry is preferred for this role.
- Independently identify opportunities and define problem statements using data, without relying on fully scoped direction.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Data Science, Sales, and Account Management to drive advertiser spend and merchant adoption.
- Experience in an environment that is product or consumer-focused.
- Excellent analytical abilities (including intermediate+ Excel and intermediate+ SQL).
