Every dollar that flows through pricing, fees, and incentives touches systems this team builds and operates. This is a chance to lead a high-impact platform team with real company leverage and help shape the long-term foundation for pricing and incentives at global scale.
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact platform team within our Growth org, owning the infrastructure that powers pricing, fee computation, and financial integrity across every order on the platform. This spans core pricing infrastructure, fee and incentive systems, and a multi-brand unification effort across DoorDash, Wolt, and Roo. As a technical leader, you'll define direction for a senior backend team of 10+ engineers, partnering closely with ML, Product, and Ops to shape the future of our pricing and financial platform at scale.
