About the TeamDoorDash Drive is looking for you to join as a Senior Associate for our GTM implementation team supporting new verticals. DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. The GTM team is focused on getting merchants launched quickly and efficiently, setting both parties up for long term success. The business line you'll be supporting is fast-growing, fast-paced, and is obsessed with efficiency.

About the RoleYou will help drive a cohesive launch strategy and execution playbook for one of our newest business lines.

You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and merchants.

You will be on the forefront of expansion; building models, creating documents, and implementing processes to win deals, accelerate launches, and improve launch quality.

You will perform comprehensive analysis and make insightful recommendations about our business strategy with the ultimate goal of helping DoorDash disrupt a new industry.

Influence Work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Logistics, and operations teams to rapidly scale new business

Prioritize Understand the needs of our partners, prioritize those needs by impact, assess tradeoffs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes

Analyze Solve key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade offs)

Have strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams

Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
