About the TeamThe Enterprise CPG Team is responsible for the marketing vision, development and growth of our largest CPG partners. The growing DoorDash CPG Partnerships business will quickly become the single best place to drive solutions for brands to achieve growth across marketplaces.
About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, externally facing business leader to help bring new partner solutions to market. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, strategy, and operations, and will lead go-to-market efforts for emerging offerings that create meaningful value for enterprise partners. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shaping commercial opportunities with senior external stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment internally to launch and scale new products.
You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You WillLead go-to-market efforts for new partner-facing products and services, from early concept through launch and expansion.
Build and manage senior relationships with strategic enterprise partners, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Shape pilot opportunities, commercial frameworks, and statements of work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Act as the single-threaded owner across product, operations, strategy, legal, finance, and sales teams to move initiatives forward.
Drive internal decision-making on pricing, packaging, approvals, and execution readiness before external launch.
Translate partner needs and market feedback into clear product, business, and operational recommendations.
Identify opportunities to scale early-stage offerings into repeatable, durable commercial motions.
We're Excited About You BecauseSignificant experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, strategy and operations, general management, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead sophisticated external conversations while navigating complex, cross-functional organizations.
Strong commercial judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity, especially in 0-to-1 or early-stage environments.
Track record of influencing stakeholders across multiple teams and driving alignment on high-priority initiatives.
Experience taking new ideas or products from concept through pilot, launch, and scale.
The ideal candidate is equal parts dealmaker, operator, and strategist: someone who can represent the company credibly with senior partners, structure and close emerging commercial opportunities, and build the internal momentum needed to turn new ideas into scalable businesses.
