Full Job Description

Associate, Strategic Retail Partnerships

The DoorDash Enterprise Retail team manages the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest retail partnerships in North America. This team sits within the New Verticals Business Development organization. We support our merchant's broader e-commerce strategy, helping them find new ways to acquire, engage with and retain customers. We also love to help our partners solve their operational issues at the lowest level of detail; no job is too big or too small.

The Retail Partnerships Associate will help steer the company's effort to adopt and partner with retailers and CPGs at all levels of the sector. eCommerce is expanding, and DoorDash is making meaningful strides to become a leader in this sector. You will report to a Sr. Manager or Manager, Retail Partnerships. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote, in-office, and traveling to visit merchant partners.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Business Development and/or Partnerships experience
  • Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools
  • Prior investment banking, consulting experience (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, SQL)

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is $81,600 - $120,000 USD.

The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is $102,000 - $150,000 USD.
