Whiteford's, Inc., a locally owned and operated KFC franchise, is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in Greenwood, SC.

What You'll Do
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and profitably while delivering the outstanding service our guests expect. Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily restaurant operations and managing shifts
• Coaching, training, and developing team members
• Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Managing labor, productivity, and operational performance
• Assisting with inventory, ordering, and truck deliveries
• Performing cash handling, deposits, and financial controls
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• Helping drive sales, profitability, and restaurant goals
• Creating a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Assistant Managers play a critical role in helping the restaurant achieve operational excellence while preparing for future advancement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Quick-service or fast-food management experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
• Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (50 hour work weeks with overtime)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation
