In the absence of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the buck stops with you. Your role is to build the capability of your team, continue running great shifts, and partner with your RGM to make your restaurant stand out from the field. This is a training ground for you because all that you learn here will be taken with you when you become RGM.     Requirements

    Arrive at work on time

    Flexible scheduling

    Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.)

    Regular access to personal vehicle

    Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet

    Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet

    Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift

    Follows KFC cash handling safety and security procedures

    Adheres to KFC and City/State/United States safety requirements

    Knowledge of and compliance with KFCs Human Resources policies and processes
