- Replace ceiling tiles, flooring, hardware, and other building components
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately document completed work and communicate repair needs
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment
- Complete basic plumbing repairs (faucets, drains, toilets, water lines, etc.)
- Perform basic electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting, breakers, etc.)
- Complete carpentry repairs including doors, trim, drywall, and minor construction
- Interior and exterior painting and touch-up work
- Replace ceiling tiles, flooring, hardware, and other building components
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately document completed work and communicate repair needs
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman services
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Safety-focused with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work including climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions
