Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Manage existing government agencies with a significant emphasis to driving increased sales penetration to new and existing ship-to locations
  • Tactical management with the ability to execute sales plans in DC Metro territory
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution
  • Meet or exceed sales and net profit goals for government agencies at either the Master and/or Ship-to level
  • Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact in person and over the phone
  • Establish new ship to locations within the agencies that you control
  • Consultative approach to reviewing customer purchases, monitor critical customer metrics and recommend purchase saving opportunities through regular account reviews
  • Provide training to customers on internet features and functionality

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing government agencies with a significant emphasis to driving increased sales penetration to new and existing ship-to locations

Qualifications:
Basic:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 or more years selling experience within Federal agencies
  • Proven business development ability
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
  • Computer Literacy (including internet)
