What You Will Be Doing Support Category Merchants in developing and executing online category strategies that drive revenue, market share, and margin
Provide category, customer, competitive, and market share analytics
Execute merchandising initiatives and marketing programs for Quill.com
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Inventory, Pricing, and eCommerce teams
Ensure item health through pricing policy adherence and site enhancements
Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines
What You Bring to the Table Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage shifting deadlines
Strong analytical and organizational skills
What's Needed: Basic Qualifications 12 years of experience in merchandising, analytics, marketing, or related functions
Experience using data to inform business decisions
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
