Senior Analyst IIJoin Staples' Finance Analytics team and play a critical role in shaping data-driven business decisions. As a Senior Analyst II, you'll analyze complex financial data, influence strategic initiatives, and partner closely with business leaders to drive profitability and long-term growth.
What you'll be doing:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategies
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, trends, and forecasts for senior leadership
Partner cross-functionally to gather, validate, and analyze financial data
Develop and maintain dashboards and models tracking key performance indicators
Identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations
Support budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational goals
Perform scenario analysis to inform planning and investment decisions
Participate in enterprise and special projects requiring advanced analytics

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
Experience analyzing large and complex financial data sets
Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles

Master's degree in Finance or related field
Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts
Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning tools

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
