Sales Analytics LeaderThis role is responsible for providing analytical thought leadership, standard and ad hoc analysis, data modeling, reporting, and insights in support of the Sales organization. This role will design metrics, routines, and supporting tools to ensure the right activities and behaviors are measured for new and steady-state business processes, and the ability to correlate those behaviors to drive desired financial results.

Duties and responsibilities include

• Partner with the PO on solving unstructured problems leveraging or creating data solutions
• Analyze trends and develops insights that create a bias for action to optimize profitable sales growth
• Design and develop streamlined and linked reporting across multiple functions in support of annual goal planning, quarterly reviews, and daily execution processes
• Work closely with Sales Technology Enablement and Learning and Development teams to develop communication, training, and deployment plans
• Work closely with Business Technology team to create analytics and reporting capabilities to enable performance management routines
• Manage Director-level stakeholders with ease and confidence and seek multiple ways to solve each problem, demonstrating mastery of your craft
• Contribute to cutting edge projects that include Agentic AI, Gen AI, and personalization.

High School Diploma

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or another analytical field of study preferred

• years of reporting and analytics experience

Foodservice distribution or similar industry experience preferred

Abilities and skills include:

Quickly analyze new or existing reporting for insights to prioritize opportunities and effectively synthesize for leadership

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset required. Extensive working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products preferred

Work environment includes

This position may be located at the headquarters facility in Houston Texas but could be conducted remotely as needed

Up to 10% travel may be required in this role, specifically if conducted remotely and meetings to Sysco headquarters are necessary

Must be able to travel on occasion to Sysco facilities or operating companies
