Full Job Description
Application Analyst, Atlassian
Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. As an Application Analyst on the Work Management team, you will enable how teams plan, track, and deliver work at scale across enterprise platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Asana. This isn't just about managing software; it's about translating complex, often messy business needs into scalable solutions on the Atlassian Cloud.
The pace is intense, and the systems are massive, supporting over 50,000 users. You'll need to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders without direct authority to ensure our tools actually make work easier, not more complicated. If you are a systems thinker who stays calm under pressure, can bridge the gap between technical "how" and business "why," and is ready to own the outcomes of your designs even when the requirements are shifting, this is where you'll grow.
