About The RoleThe Territory Consumer Operations team sits within Consumer Operations and is responsible for owning and driving territory and market-level consumer performance. This team operationalizes consumer growth strategy, generates actionable insights, and leads execution across markets to deliver against Territory and US growth goals.
Territory Consumer Operations is accountable for key consumer input metrics at the market and territory level to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, retention. While this team does not own every executional lever, it is responsible for ensuring performance outcomes are met by driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional partners.
This team serves as the bridge between strategy and executiontranslating US priorities into local action and elevating market insights to inform scaled solutions.
What You'll DoStrategy Execution: Execute market and territory-level strategic initiatives to drive performance and achieve input targets aligned to the growth framework
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze territory performance; build and maintain dashboards to surface actionable insights
Problem Solving: Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform local decision-making
Consumer Operations Collaboration: Partner closely with Consumer Operations pods to support scaled execution, inform product strategy and prioritization, and drive strong US and territory performance
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Territory GMs, Market Intelligence, Finance, and other teams (Tech, Brand Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, Legal) to shape strategy and prioritize initiatives
Business Ownership: Share accountability for territory and market input targets, contributing to broader US business goals
Local Expertise: Develop deep understanding of local market dynamics to inform strategy and support both territory-specific and scaled initiatives
Operational Excellence (BAU): Own and optimize ongoing business-as-usual operations to ensure consistent execution and performance
Basic Qualifications
7
- years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field.
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, capital allocation frameworks, or lifecycle segmentation and consumer strategy.
Experience with SQL
Preferred Qualifications
Highly effective communicator and collaborator; skilled at aligning diverse executive stakeholders and frontline teams across functions and levels.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$183,000 per year
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$203,000 per year
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$203,000 per year
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
