About the RoleAs an Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with our largest Technology, B2B, and Telco partners.
You will own the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our mobility and delivery platforms.
You will work closely with our partner managers to consistently deliver on our partners' marketing objectives.
What You'll DoExecute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals
Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations
Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs
Expand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings
Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners
Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps
Basic QualificationsAt least 5
• years of full-time sales experience in end-to-end enterprise / large customers in digital advertising
Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
Experience selling net new partnerships
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Preferred QualificationsExcellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
Creative storyteller with the ability to utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
